Do you “just wanna dance with somebody?” Then come and rock it out and sweat all your cares away in this NYC style dance cardio class that will challenge your heart rate and endurance while having an absolute blast! You will learn 4 to 6 dances in the course of 50 mins with a calisthenic athletic challenge mixed in as the cherry on top.
TRAMP TIL YOU DROP
Bounce your way to a longer, leaner you on the trampoline! This challenging yet fun class allows you to channel your inner child and bounce your way to more tone, definition and strength. You will learn 4 to 6 routines on the trampoline with the added bonus of the upper body, lower body and core mixed in through this 50 min class to offer the ultimate workout.
LOWER BODY SCULPT
Do you not feel like working your arms today? Then this is the class for you! In this class you will focus on the Hips, Thighs, Calfs and Buns and yes CORE…ALWAYS CORE!!! Its still highly athletic, your heart rate will be challenged with several cardio routines, but you can always make it low impact.
UPPER BODY SCULPT
Take the Lower Body Class and flip it up side down! In this class you will work your Arms, Shoulders, Back and yes…CORE CORE CORE!!! This class has more cardio than its sister class, however like its sister its HIGHLY ATHLETIC and LOW IMPACT.
TOTAL BODY SHRED
A total body HIIT class that incorporates that will have you sweating in the first five minutes. Come and HIT your entire body in this intense 50 min class that will test your stamina, endurance, muscular strength and longevity.
